A South Beach breakfast wrap provided me all the energy I needed for a workout.
Post workout, I finally at the MetRx Protein bar I'd had in my cabinet for ever.
Lunch - obviously Lebanese - Kafte this time, not sure why.
Afternoon Snack of Quaker Snack Mix
"Dinner" - Two Shiners, Chips/Salsa and Wings at Austin Grill
Okay here's the deal....I know I SHOULDN'T HAVE had a cookie last night, given my eating throughout the day. I'd just had an ice cream sundae the day before and decided I didn't really care for it..thought I'd try a cookie this time..I think I'm over desserts. Gonna try to lay off again for a while..we'll see how it goes.
